Listen to ryan strain's interview on Calcio cafe this morning
Adelaide United defender Ryan Strain is full of praise for new manager Marco Kurz who he believes has helped build a positive culture at Adelaide United this season.
Strain was recruited by the Reds last season and debuted this season in a 2-0 win where he has since made seven appearances.
Strain praised the incredible faith shown by Kurz in providing many youth players opportunities in the first team.
“[Kurz] puts a lot of faith in the youth which really helps build our confidence,” Strain said.
The 20-year-old hopes to repay his manager for providing him the opportunity to thrive in the first team this season.
Strain was born in Coventry, UK but told Carlos Alberto Diego on FNR_Football Nation Radio’s Calcio Café should he have to decide he would pick the Socceroos over England.
Adelaide United host the Western Sydney Wanderers tonight in Matchday 15 of the A-League.
Calcio Café airs every morning from 7am (AEDT) hosted by Carlos Alberto Diego.
